Delete Your Account

The fastest way is directly in the Sportciety app:

1. Open the Sportciety app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap Settings, then Delete Account.
4. Confirm your password, tap Delete my account, and confirm once more.

Your account is deactivated immediately and you are signed out. Your email address and phone number are released so they can be used to create a new account later if you wish. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

If you no longer have access to the app, email us at [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify that you own the account and process the deletion for you. Email requests are completed within 30 days.

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove your personal account data, including:

• Your profile — name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender, and profile photo.
• Your saved preferences and settings.
• Your activity tied to your identity — bookings history, connections, and messages.

Certain records are kept only where the law requires it — for example, transaction and payment records needed for financial and tax compliance. These are retained for the minimum period required by law and are not used to contact or profile you.
